Fitness and Exercise

Led by our experienced team of fitness professionals, you’ll challenge your body to reach its unique potential through daily workouts – from hiking some of Minnesota’s greatest trails and highest peaks (offering the reward of breathtaking views and vistas) to indoor and outdoor cardio and strength classes.

Hundreds of miles of hiking trails offer many different options for cardio intensity to accommodate all fitness levels. The landscape of each hiking trail is surrounded by the motivational and healing environment of waterfalls, rivers and streams, and breathtaking Lake Superior. There is also an onsite fitness center and indoor pool allowing tailored workouts to meet each guest’s changing fitness levels and needs.

At Fitness North, you’ll participate in exercises designed to tone muscle, shed pounds, improve energy and increase flexibility. And along the way, we’ll guide you to discover exercises and motivational tools to keep you moving long after you’ve left our program.
